Seventeen distinctive "Letterboxes" have been hidden all up and down the beautiful Skagit Watershed - from the North Cascades National Park in the east to Washington Park in the west!  The boxes are sturdy clear plastic tubs with a distinctive label on the top.  Each box contains educational material to help you better appreciate the location where it is hidden!

Each box also has a labeled notebook and either a stamp with ink-pad or else distinctive stickers.  There might also be more ideas or an activity about the area!

To be a Letterbox "Quester", get the list of clues above, and also your own personal notebook and stamp with ink-pad or stickers.  When you find a box, stamp your notebook with the box stamp or sticker, and the box notebook with your stamp or sticker!  Find them all - collect all seventeen "Secret Words."
Be discreet when you find a box.  Don't call attention to your success or activity.  When finished "stamping up", carefully replace the box well and move away to discuss your find!  Thanks.

Call Skagit Conservation Education Alliance 360 419 3161 for questions, comments, or to report a missing/damaged box.
We'll have a party and recognize successful Questers in the Fall!!!!  Leave your contact info with SCEA - peteh@skagitwater.org or 360 419 3161 to get an invite!
